• I ADL: Community Outings, Independent Activities

PREVENTION WELLNESS: $34 / hour

• Fall Prevention, Fall Recovery Plan, Safety Awareness

HOME SAFETY INSPECTIONS: $45 / hour

Small housing, sliding scale med to larger homes at hourly rate anywhere
from $45 to $200 dollars. Home Inspections include interior and exterior
home safety checklists. HomeBound wellness welcomes client and family
to partake during Home Safety Inspections.
